Reporting a problem
It helps enormously if you include the file format, roughly how long the recording is, the language you selected, and what you expected to happen. Please do not email us the recording itself — we will ask if we need it.
Privacy and data requests
To have a transcript or an account deleted, email us from the address on the account. Stored audio expires on its own within 24 hours. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep.
Feature requests
Very welcome. Speaker labelling is the most requested one and is on the list — it is expensive to run, so it is not free yet.
